I offer 60 minutes of personalised sessions for conditioning and rehab. These sessions include dynamic work, tailored exercises, breathing practices and body and free weight work. Get that heart rate up, those muscles moving and your brain engaged with these One 2 One sessions!

Groups classes for flexibility, strength and mindfulness
I offer classes in the gym or can visit on-site to work on fitness, flexibility and strength using martial arts and yoga inspired movements and stretching. I work with developing speed and reactions as well as attention and peripheral vision.
I will also run sessions working with the breath and mindfullness to give extra focus, relaxation and awareness. These sessions are great for budding or pro athletes or for an alternative corporate workshop.
